This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Fanty Online, available at https://en.fanty-online.com/ (the "Website"), handles information when you visit the Website or use its browser games.
Fanty Online is designed to work without registration or a user account. We do not ask for your email address, phone number, postal address, payment details or official identity in order to play.

1. Who is responsible for the Website
The administrator of Fanty Online (referred to as "Fanty Online", "we", "us" or "our") operates the Website and determines why and how information is used for the Website. Where applicable privacy law uses the term "controller", the Website administrator is the controller.
2. Information used by Fanty Online
Player names or nicknames
When starting a game, you may voluntarily enter names or nicknames. They are used to insert player names into game cards and instructions. We recommend using nicknames rather than real names. Fanty Online does not use these names to contact you, identify you outside the game, create an account or build a player profile.
Game data
The Website stores the information needed for a game session, including selected Truth or Dare tasks or task identifiers, game choices, progress and identifiers of cards that have already been displayed. This lets the game remember its state and avoid showing the same cards repeatedly.
Technical and analytics data
When you visit any website, its hosting and security systems technically receive request information such as an IP address, date and time, requested page and browser user-agent. This information is used only to deliver, maintain and protect the Website and is not combined by us with player names for advertising or identification.
Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica may also process online identifiers and technical visit data, such as cookies, IP-derived approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, visit time and basic interactions. We use the resulting reports only as aggregated statistics to understand attendance, Website performance and which pages are useful. We do not use these services for personalised advertising and do not try to identify visitors by name.

The first-party game cookies are used to provide the game you request. If you block or delete them, the Website may forget player names and game progress, and previously displayed cards may appear again. Analytics cookies are not required for the games to work.
4. Why we use information and our legal bases
- To provide the game you request: player names, game state and shown-card history are used to operate and personalise the game. Depending on the applicable law, this is necessary to provide the service requested by you and/or is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functional Website.
- To maintain and secure the Website: limited technical request data may be processed based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Website available, stable and secure.
- To measure aggregate traffic: analytics are based on your consent where applicable law requires consent. Where the law permits another legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding aggregated Website usage and improving the Website.
- To comply with law: information may be processed when necessary to meet a legal obligation or respond to a valid request from an authorised public body.
5. Analytics providers
Google Analytics. Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google explains what information it collects, how it uses cookies and identifiers, and the controls available to users in the Google Privacy Policy. You may also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on where it is compatible with your browser.
Yandex Metrica. Yandex Metrica is provided by Yandex. Yandex describes the electronic data, cookies and similar technologies it may process in the Yandex Privacy Policy.
Google and Yandex may process information on servers in countries other than your own. Their own privacy notices and transfer safeguards apply to their processing.
6. Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell or rent player names, game data or analytics data. Information is available only to the extent needed to:
- operate and host the Website;
- provide aggregated analytics through Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica;
- protect the Website against abuse or technical threats; or
- comply with a valid legal obligation.
Fanty Online does not publish player names or game history and does not use them for marketing.
7. How long information is kept
- Game cookies: remain until their configured expiry, until the game is reset, or until you delete the Website's cookies and stored data in your browser.
- Analytics data: is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica accounts and the providers' own retention requirements. We use it only for as long as needed to compare Website traffic and performance trends.
- Technical logs: may be retained temporarily by hosting or security infrastructure for operation, troubleshooting and security, according to the infrastructure provider's settings and legal obligations.
Fanty Online does not maintain a separate registered-player database because the games do not require accounts.
8. Your choices and controls
- Use nicknames instead of real names.
- Delete cookies and Website data through your browser settings to remove locally stored player names and reset shown-card history.
- Block all cookies or third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking first-party game cookies may limit game functionality.
- Use private-browsing mode if you do not want the browser to keep game cookies after the private session ends.
- Use the privacy and opt-out controls offered by Google and Yandex.
Where consent is required by applicable law, you may refuse or withdraw consent to optional analytics cookies without losing access to the games. Browser controls can always be used to block or remove cookies.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Because player names and game history are stored in browser cookies rather than in a registered player account, the quickest way to remove them is to clear the Website's cookies and site data in your browser. 10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited information handled by the Website. However, no internet transmission, browser storage or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Avoid entering real names or other sensitive information into the player-name fields.
11. Adults only
Fanty Online contains adult-oriented games and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A person under 18 must not use the Website or enter information into its games.
12. External websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, including a donation service. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own operators. Please review the privacy policy of any external website before providing information to it.
13. Changes to this policy
